Begin the Inquiry
Inspired by ecological thinking and spatial philosophy, Desglose treats the self as a living system. Nothing is optimized away. Nothing is rushed. Each offering is a different entrance into the same inquiry: How do you relate to time, presence, and one another—when attention is restored and distractions are removed?
A living school of thought
-
A living school of thought and experiential studio offering practices to study your emotional ecosystem through presence, movement, reflection, and communal inquiry.
-
No. Desglose is not therapy, treatment, or advice. It is a study — a structured space for observation, meaning-making, and self-inquiry.
-
No prior experience is required. Curiosity, presence, and willingness to observe and step into the unknown are enough.
-
Presence. Phones are put away. You’re invited to arrive as you are, participate at your own pace, and engage honestly.
-
Start where curiosity is strongest. Each practice approaches the self from a different angle — body, perception, narrative, or relational study.
-
Offerings are fluid and responsive to timing, seasonality, and coincidence. Some studies appear only once.
About the Study
Studies
KYROS
Philosophical Movement 60 min A philosophical movement practice that uses intentional, low-impact sequences to restore internal rhythm, regulate the emotional ecosystem, and deepen presence, stillness, clarity, and discernment.
The Field of Perception
Perceptual Study 75-95 min A sound-driven perceptual study and communal listening practice where curated audio, silence, and shared reflection deepen attention, awareness, and how you perceive, interpret, and relate to inner and shared experience.
The Divided Self
Communal Reflection 180 min A relational and narrative study that explores inner fragmentation through shared meals and guided dialogue, helping participants integrate emotional patterns, memory, and self-understanding.
Clarity Through Structure
Desglose designs frameworks that give form to what’s often felt but unnamed. You learn to observe your inner movements—emotional, energetic, perceptual—without collapsing them into productivity or self-improvement. Clarity arrives through study, not pressure.
2. A Restored Relationship to Time
Instead of reacting to urgency, you begin to sense your right timing. Through ritualized practice and communal reflection, you rebuild trust in your internal rhythm and develop a steadier relationship with change, silence, and uncertainty.
3. Coherence Without Compression
Desglose doesn’t ask you to simplify yourself. It creates conditions where complexity can be held—individually and collectively. Over time, fragmentation softens, expression becomes more honest, and presence becomes sustainable.
