Design as Lived Practice

This work treats space as a field of experience. Through commissioned pieces and spatial consultation, Desglose shapes environments that hold memory, perception, and presence.

I am a conceptual and experience designer exploring how people move through their inner and outer worlds. If you are drawn to my work, I encourage you to engage the process rather than replicate the aesthetic—begin with curiosity, notice the colors and textures you return to, and cultivate your own spatial language. My practice is shaped by over a decade of human-centered design, research, and lived experimentation. I approach space as a structure for meaning, where form, memory, and presence quietly shape how we experience coherence.

Recently featured on Casita MX, for its approach to spatial investigation and material presence, Desglose has been recognized for how environments shape lived experience. Desglose is a process to inhabit. Design begins with curiosity and observation— noticing the colors, materials, textures, and forms that feel intuitive to you.

Developing taste is slow accumulation. It is built through travel, memory, research, found objects, material encounters, and years of refinement. What you live with should be discovered, not imposed.

Object & Spatial Curation

Purpose:
To intentionally shape your environment through the selection and placement of objects that cultivate atmosphere, rhythm, and meaning. We assess your space to determine its spatial blueprint, recommending sculptural pieces, curated objects, and precise placement strategies to establish cohesion and presence.

Spatial Expression Consulting

Purpose:
A focused strategic session to refine how your space feels, flows, and registers. We assess what exists, identify spatial tensions or opportunities, and provide direction for cultivating clarity and intentional atmosphere.

60–90 Minute Consultation (On-Site or Virtual)

A written summary including:

  • Object and placement recommendations (No sourcing included)

Fee:

Commissioned Sculptural Works

Purpose:
To design and fabricate a one-of-a-kind sculptural piece tailored specifically to your space. Each work is developed through dialogue, spatial assessment, and material study to ensure proportion, presence, and coherence within its environment.

Process:
Concept Development → Material Selection → Fabrication → Installation Guidance
